When Nick Kroll and John Mulaney debuted Oh, Hello on Broadway, they needed a team to bring their iconic TV alter-egos, Gil Faizon and George St. Geegland, to life online, boost brand awareness, and sell tickets. So we gave their die-hard fans exactly what they wanted—by eventizing the Broadway run with hilarious social and video content from Gil and George "themselves." TLDR: Nick and John approved my copy every week, and I can die happy.
The campaign didn’t just get people laughing—it broke records. The show set a box office record at the Lyceum Theatre and smashed digital benchmarks, from website visits (320%) and conversions (167%) to ROI (214%) and social reach (500%). Oh, and the play recouped it's $2.9 million capitlization which only about 20% of Broadway shows do.
